"The MAN"

Happy Fathers day to all the fathers out there! Now I know that everyone always says they have the best dad in the world but i hate to break it to you.... but I have the best dad in the world... NO BATTLE!!! Honestly, my dad is one of the most supportive, loving, hard working, inspiring, spiritual, hilarious, self-less people I know.  (And I'm really not just saying that to sound good.) Ever since i was little i have looked up to my dad.  Not only is he all of these things, but he is the greatest example to me of what a dad should be.  I cannot begin to count how many times people have come up to me and told me how lucky I am to have him as my dad... all I could say was, DUH I KNOW!  Often times he is the ONLY man at dance events... and i'm being serious!  And that's saying alot ;) We have this little joke where when he would fix something of mine, kill a spider, or find something I had lost, he would say to me "who's the man?!" And then wait for me to respond to say, "you are!" and he continues to do so even now.  He is THE MAN.  I love my dad so much and there really are no words to describe how great he really is.  I am so blessed to have him as my father and appreciate him more and more everyday.  Even now that I am married he still continues to play the father role just as much as he did when I was at home. I really am so lucky. I love my dad so much and want him to know that i appreciate all that he has done for me for the past 20 years of my life and all that he continues to do! Love you dad!!! You're the man. :)

 I do have to say also that I feel as though I was extremely blessed to gain a WONDERFUL and AMAZING father in law!  Kevin Peay has been like a father to me over the past year and I want him to know how much I love and appreciate all he has done for me and for making me feel part of their family the second I started dating Matt.  Literally.  I don't know how I got so lucky to have the two dads that I have.  I couldn't ask for a better father in law!!!
